Two Indian Hotels In Travel+Leisure’s World’s Top 15 Hotel Brands

India-based Oberoi Hotels & Resorts and the Leela Palaces, Hotels & Resorts made it to the prestigious list of Top 15 Hotel Brands by Travel+Leisure.

The Oberoi Hotels and The Leela Palaces are ranked 8th and 10th respectively in the Travel and Leisure survey.

Six Senses luxury hotels, resorts and spas topped the list with a score of 96.15.

Founded in 1995 by Sonu Shivdasani, an Indian- British hotelier, Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas are located in some of the world’s most unique and beautiful places.

The largest property in the Six Senses portfolio is the 113-room Six Senses Qing Cheng Mountain, in Chengdu, the brand’s first foray into China.

Oetker Collection, Auberge Resorts, Alila Hotels & Resorts and Capella Hotels & Resorts came in at second, third, fourth and fifth position respectively.

Alila Hotels & Resorts, is a brand known for having properties in China, Indonesia, and the Middle East.
