Marathi film bags best “Women Empowerment Film Award”

Marathi film ‘Kapus kondyachi Goshta’ directed by Mrs. Mrunalini Bhosale won “The Best Feature Film Women Empowerment Award” at the recent Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival 2014, New Delhi. This film was chosen from the 150 films from different languages.

The movie portrays the story of four sisters who fight for survival against poverty and unemployment. It gives deep insight into the lives and struggles of women in heart of India.
